China’s Fungal Genome Initiative Symposium

随着国际上不同模式、经济及工业菌物基因组测序的长足发展，国内不同菌物学课题组正单独或联合从事或拟开展测序的菌物种类达20种以上，在此背景下，为促进我国菌物基因组的研究，中国科学院真菌地衣系统学重点实验室与中国菌物学会遗传及分子生物学专业委员会将于2009年9月20－22日在中国科学院上海生命科学研究院联合举办《中国菌物基因组研究国际研讨会》，会议将邀请国内外在菌物基因组学、比较基因组学及生物信息学等研究领域著名专家，就菌物基因组学研究的最新进展、研究技术及生物信息分析技术等进行研讨。会议规模在50人左右，以邀请参加为主，同时欢迎正在开展或准备开展菌物基因组学研究的首席科学家参加，以加强合作，探讨与促进我国在菌物基因组学研究方面的进展与贡献，充分挖掘我国特有的物种及基因资源。

会议时间：9月20-22日
会议地点：中国科学院上海生命科学研究院，上海徐汇区好望角大酒店

会议日程：9月20日 报到、注册；
9月21-22日 讲座报告；

会议费：为1000元。
