Applications are invited for assistant research fellow position in the group of Dr. Hiromu Kameoka at China Academy of Science (CAS) Center for Excellence in Molecular Plant Sciences (CEMPS). Our group also belongs to Centre of Excellence for Plant and Microbial Science (CEPAMS), a CAS-John Innes Centre (JIC) joint research centre.

Job Description

We are working on Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) symbiosis. The assistant research fellow will work with Dr. Hiromu Kameoka on his project, but will also work independently on his/her own research project in AM symbiosis or related fields. Mentoring students and running the lab with Dr. Hiromu Kameoka are also his/her duty. We provide competitive salary and a steady work environment to the suitable candidate. The new recruitment will work at CAS Center for Excellence in Molecular Plant Sciences, Shanghai, China.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who has a Ph.D. in biology, chemistry, or any other related research discipline. The expertise and skills to manage his/her research project are required. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
