主要成果

RNA是遗传信息表达与调控的重要载体。课题组以拟南芥为模式植物,综合运用遗传筛选、高通量测序、生化验证和细胞生物学分析等方法,聚焦RNA修饰与新型非编码RNA的发生、调控及生物学功能,系统解析其参与植物细胞器发育和逆境适应的分子机制。重点研究方向包括:

(1)染色质相关非编码RNA的m6A修饰及其调控染色质状态的分子机制;
(2)RNA修饰参与内质网应激感知、转导与响应的机制;
(3)RNA修饰与非编码RNA协同调控叶绿体发育及功能建立的分子机制。
